Branch Partner System & Client Payment Terms
At Futurescale Digital Technology (“Futurescale”), we operate through an international Branch Partner System, designed to expand our AI business ecosystem while maintaining centralized financial governance and quality assurance.
1. Partner Structure
Futurescale’s branch partners act as authorized business representatives, not as subsidiaries or internal divisions of the company.
Each partner operates independently within its designated region, under Futurescale’s brand standards, operational framework, and compliance policies.
2. Payment Validity
To ensure transparency and financial security for all parties:

Any payment made by a client to a Futurescale branch partner will be considered “officially received” only when the corresponding funds have been successfully transferred and confirmed by Futurescale Headquarters (HQ).

Until such confirmation is made, no project, service, or digital delivery will be recognized as active, initiated, or valid under the official Futurescale system.
3. Verification Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for verifying payment instructions and ensuring that transactions are made to official Futurescale or HQ-verified accounts.
We strongly advise clients to confirm payment details directly with the Futurescale HQ Finance Department before proceeding with any transfer.
4. Limitation of Liability
Futurescale HQ is not responsible or liable for any loss, miscommunication, or dispute resulting from:

Payments made to unauthorized or unverified accounts.

Transactions made solely with branch partners without HQ payment confirmation.

Misrepresentation or misunderstanding of financial or service commitments outside official HQ correspondence.

Failure to verify the legitimacy of any partner or representative. All clients must double-check partner eligibility and authenticity via the official “Contact Us” form on our website before making any payment or business commitment.
5. Policy Enforcement
This policy applies to all clients, partners, and representatives worldwide, without exception.
By engaging with Futurescale or any of its branch partners, the client automatically agrees to these international payment and accountability terms.
